Showrunner Jeffrey Davis confirms that the official trailer of "Teen Wolf" Season 6 will premiere at the San Diego Comic Con, which will be held from July 21-July24.

The series has been pushed back again for its June release, as the production team had to adjust the filming in order to give actor Dylan O'brien enough time to recuperate from his recent injury while filming for "Maze Runner: The Death Cure,"  Master Herald reported. There has been speculations that the show will start in November but no formal announcements have been made to confirm.

"Teen Wolf" Season 6 starts off with Scott (Tyler Posey) and the rest of the crew entering the second half of their senior year, waiting for their graduation day. Davis hints via Parent Herald the possibility of the show to focus more on the younger members of the pack, as Scott transitions his leadership role to Liam, played by actor Dylan Sprayberry. This gave rise to speculations that "Teen Wolf" Season 6 will be the last time that fans will see Scott and the older members of the pack.

Davis also reveals that they will be introducing new creatures to the show. Previously, there were rumors that the pack will be battling zombies and vampires, but he confirmed that it was not true. He did not reveal what kind of creature will be heading its way to the show, but he hinted that the creature will fall in the category of a real mythology.

In other news, the panel for the upcoming Comic Con in San Diego will be headed by Tyler Posey. The crew will be giving the audience a chance to participate in the question and answer portion related to "Teen Wolf" Season 6.
