Hong Jin Young reveals her love life status on a radio show

KPop star Hong Jin Young opens up about the status of her heart in a recent guesting in the April 5 episode of “Kim Heung Kook, Ahn Sun Young's Ah Ssa Radio”.

The 31-year-old trot singer admitted that she is not in a relationship at the moment. Furthermore, she also added that she is not seeing anyone either.

Aside from sharing some bits about her love life, the artist also revealed that there had been several male celebrities in the past that have tried to catch her attention when asked by the program host. According to Hong as quoted by All KPop: "Several times. There was one who worked in the acting field. He used to call me at night time. He does movies and dramas. He's in his 30's.”

Meanwhile, in the recent episode of her reality show “Unnies' Slam Dunk 2”, the star shared to her fellow hosts Kim Sook, Hong Jin Kyung, Kang Ye Won, Han Chae Young, Minzy, and Jeon So Mi her growing interest in rapping. Because of this, she approached rapper Kimsum and asked for some tips and guidance.

According to the rapper after Hong showed off her rapping skills as quoted by All KPop: "The lyrics are very meaningful and all, but you just need to work on... rhyming with the words”. On the other hand, the judges also advised the singer to practice some more to further hone her talent.

Hong began her entertainment career in 2006 after being casted in the historical Korean drama “Yeon Gaesomun”. A year later, she became a part of the girl group SWANS ( Strong Women Achiever, No Spouse) alongside Han Jina, Heo Yoon Mi, and Kim Yeon. Aside from her achievements in the show business, the artist is also Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Trade degree holder and has likewise completed her doctoral course at the Chosun University in Business Administration.
