Apart from Congressman Peter McLeish, one more man survived the Capitol bombing, Charles Langdon. Earlier, presumed dead, Agent Hannah Wells has managed to unearth Langdon. The sneak peek for "Designated Survivor" Season 1, episode 14 shows President Kirkman in the interrogation room with Langdon.

In the sneak peek video, President Kirkman comes into the interrogation room and starts to grill Charles Langdon. He tells Langdon that he is responsible for the deaths of 1000 of innocent lives in the Capitol.

However, Langdon assures him that he is not responsible for the annihilation of the government. In "Designated Survivor" Season 1, episode 14, there is a situation in the African soil, and President Kirkman has to seek help from a shocking ally. The lives of Americans in Africa are at stake and the President must act swiftly.

Meanwhile, the investigation of the Capitol bombing, carried out by Wells, takes an unexpected turn. Emily is the new chief of staff while Aaron has to deal with a difficult situation.

In other "Designated Survivor" news, Kiefer Sutherland, who plays President Tom Kirkman, talks to The Hollywood Reporter about his character being an independent.

"I believe there's a lack of common sense in governing now, that it is absolutely down ideological and political lines, when the obvious thing should be staring you right in the face. People on terrorist watch lists or no-fly lists, you're really going to make an argument to me that they should be allowed to buy a gun? That's just moronic, and we like to call it out [on our show] for being moronic," Sutherland said.
