High Jackman's Wolverine will end with the a much, much older version of himself but with a lot more attitude in "Logan." As the premiere of Jackman's final stint as the clawed mutant, more plot details are revealed.

Plot Details Revealed

Wolverine continues his journey with "Logan" but it will feature the popular mutant in a different light. According to Screen Rant, the old Logan is staying away from anything related to mutants as he focuses on his job while taking care of a very frail Professor X. But their small, hidden world is again turned upside down with the arrival of a girl that displays qualities and characteristic akin to Wolverine.

The girl is none other than Laura Kinney and she's better known as X-23. Although the upcoming movie doesn't reveal anything else about the character, IGN reveals that she is the successful clone of Wolverine based on the animated TV series and comic books. The number refers to the number of failed experiments before her.

More About the Villains

Wolverine, Professor X and X-23 is going to face a group called "Reavers" and the film's antagonist is more than just another enemy of the mutants if their characterization closely resembles the comic books. In the comic books, the Reavers are a group of cyborgs with deep hatred for mutants. Although their description is just like most mutant superhero setting, there are known for their successful raids and one of their key victories was against Wolverine.

One key difference of "Logan" from the rest of X-Men movies is the lack of additional heroes. While there might be some surprise along the way, no additional superheroes will appear in the film based on the trailers and official photos of the movie. Even the Mr. Sinister, the man who caused all the mutants to disappear is not part of the film.

"Logan" premieres worldwide on March 3, 2017. Watch the trailer below:
