The old trends and styles keep re-emerging as new trends on a regular basis, whether it is in terms of fashion or industrial products or medicinal and herbal methodologies. One rare thing is to imagine technology taking a step backward because it is known to move forward rather swiftly. The HTC Imagio is one smart phone that reminds us of the past due to some of its physical features but is well effective in performance. The Androidmania witnessed the launch of HTC Imagio by Verizon and Motorola DROID as the carrier.

According to information received from phonearena.com, the Imagio is equipped with Verizon's optional VCast TV service instead of streaming video. In the commercial of the phone, the user was seen using the live television powered by Qualcomm's FLO TV service opted by an additional monthly charge. To help the users navigate through Windows Mobile, Imagio has a Touch3D UI. The 2009 release model used the Opera Mobile 9.5 which gave users an opportunity to utilize one of the best Smartphone browsers available at the time.

The HTC Imagio release is an iconic moment when it comes to the evolution of smart technology and software because this phone featured a larger screen and clearer patterns which could help the users understand the operating system. Based on details produced by SMP Gadgets we know that the HTC Imagio was equipped with the Windows Mobile Professional 6.5 and featured a 3.6-inch screen that had a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.

The brilliant model also contained the Qualcomm chip and a single-core 528GHz CPU along with Adreno 130 GPU. The phone consisted of a 288MB of RAM inside and a 512MB of basic internal storage. HTC Imagio featured a 5MP camera at the back, and a powerful 1500mAh battery that powered the overall device.

The launch of this phone was awaited in the CES of the year after the company had launched the Touch Diamond in hope to compete with the Apple iPhones successfully running in the market. The android had not yet gained popularity and the technology from its competitor was seemingly on a constant rise.
