It has been six years since Kate Middleton was engaged to Prince William and the engagement dress is making a comeback. The Duchess wore Issa's wrap dress in navy blue at that time and after the engagement, the style which is worth £575 became sold out immediately. The dress can now be purchased for only £99.

Daniella Helayel, erstwhile creative director to Issa, partnered with Monsoon to work together on 13 wrap dresses. The V-necked "Gisele" style in navy blue is nearly similar to the Kate Middleton's engagement dress. The best thing about it is that it only costs £99 or which is far cheaper than the original, according to Grazia Daily.

Helayel informed Monsoon that, "my design philosophy has always been to make all women feel comfortable and confident whilst looking effortlessly elegant, chic and seductive. My pieces work very hard to enhance women's best features and to conceal those areas they are maybe less confident with. I like to empower women so they can get on with their lives knowing they look fantastic!"

Issa is a Brazilian designer label and has been the favorite of sisters Kate and Pippa since late 2000. They regularly threw on the fitting wrap dresses for parties and errands in London. It was also reported that Pippa used to sit in the front row to watch Issa's London Fashion Week shows many times, as reported by The Telegraph.

There is also a number of other Middleton-homage in Monsoon's collection. This includes knee-length dress which is printed that resembles the dress the Duchess had worn in 2007 and in April 2011, a cap-sleeved design in dark green which is almost the same before her wedding.

It was in 2011 that the Duchess last wore Issa when she visited Canada. In an Ottawa concert, she wore a silk jersey knee-length dress in purple with a gathering at the waist and a deep v-neck which determines it's an Issa design.

The "Gisele" dress is now available on the British retailer's website and the good news is it can be purchased in most sizes.
