The latest teaser of "Scream Queens" Season 2 just revealed a romantic connection between the characters of Taylor Lautner and Abigail Breslin.

In the clip released via Twitter on Tuesday, Lautner's Dr. Cascade is seen moving the gurney of Breslin's Chanel No. 5 along the hospital halls. As soon as they reach a private room, the duo immediately locked lips. While the footage is merely for promotional use, the duo's kissing scene could mean that romantic arcs will also unravel in "Scream Queens" Season 2.

Apart from the covert make-out sequence, Leah Michelle also stole the spotlight in the latest teaser of "Scream Queens" Season 2. Her character, Hester, seems to have adopted the insane personality of Hannibal Lecter from the hit film, "Silence of the Lambs." Interestingly, Jamie Lee Curtis' character looked like she has found pleasure in the transformation of Hester.

As announced earlier, "Scream Queens" will move to a hospital setting in Season 2. Original cast members including Emma Roberts, Niecy Nash, Keke Palmer and Billie Lourd have also signed-up for the new installment. They will be joined by new series regulars, John Stamos and Taylor Lautner who will be playing doctors tasked to handle the most challenging cases.

Behind the scenes, it is obvious that Lautner and Stamos are both enjoying their gigs on "Scream Queens." Last month, Access Hollywood shared a photo of the duo where they are captured fooling around inside an operating room. According to the site, their bromance will definitely become a fan favorite in Season 2.

"Scream Queens" Season 2 premieres on Tuesday, Sept. 20 on FOX.
