Miss Hong Kong 2015 and actress Louisa Mak’s love life has been reportedly going through tests for several weeks. The beauty queen revealed during an interview on Monday that she is cooling things with her bigshot boyfriend.
According to Mak, she and her lawyer boyfriend Joe Lam have decided to cool down their relationships due to the various problems that the both of them are facing. This includes the scandal that followed after a photo was leaked showing Lam with a woman.
On June 11, Lam was photographed hanging out with a woman on the streets of Hong Kong. The 26-year-old lawyer, however, denied have was having an affair and claimed that his companion was a good friend of him and Mak. He added that they are not alone as they are with their group of friends.
When asked about the photo, Mak admitted that she felt bad when she heard the news. But after Lam explained the whole situation to her, the couple decided to work out things to save their 2-year long relationship.
“In a relationship, what you guys are seeing is the symptom of a problem, but I am not focusing on that. We both have problems and I also need some self-reflection,” Mak said, according to AhMike. "I cry very easily. I did get a little bit emotional but it wasn't a big deal. It was better to me to cry to release my emotion.”
Meanwhile, it appears that Dominic Ho, Mak’s co-star on the upcoming TVB drama series ‘Casino Heroes’ is ready to be a ‘hero’ to defend her. There are rumors spreading that Ho, also known as ‘The Gigolo,’ has some feelings for his reel lover as he keeps on posting photos of them on his social media accounts.
However, Ho and Mak have denied the rumors that they are a couple and clarified that they are only lovers on the drama series.
