JTBC hit series "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" is down to its final episode tonight, April 15, and fans will have to bid their farewells to onscreen couple Bong Bong and Min Min.
But ahead of the finale, the cast and crew of the romcom series produced a farewell video to express their gratitude to those who followed the journey of Do Bong Soon for almost two months as per Soompi.
In the farewell video uploaded Friday, Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik were spotted enjoying the cherry blossoms when the actress suddenly spoiled the romantic moment and said, "Today we're breaking up."
The six-minute video continued with an interview of the main cast members Park Bo Young, Park Hyung Sik and Ji Soo who shared their most memorable scenes in "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon."
The lead actress reiterated she felt stronger after playing the titular role in the JTBC series. Hence, when Do Bong Soon suddenly lost her strength in one of the episodes, Park Bo Young admitted she became upset of the heart-wrenching scene.
When asked about her most romantic scene with Ji Soo, the actress picked a particular encounter wherein the actor told her off for looking pretty. For her scenes with Park Hyung Sik, the leading lady admitted she could not think of one instance where her onscreen partner failed to make her heart flutters.
"For CEO Ahn, every episode he spewed out terribly amazing lines," Park Bo Young said.
Ji Soo, on the other hand, said he would have confessed about his feelings for Do Bong Soon if he were Gook Du. "And if it didn't work out, just neatly cap both ends of it," he explained.
Despite Park Hyung Sik's edge against Ji Soo over Park Bo Young's heart, the model-turned-actor said Gook Du is not someone who gives up so easily; hence, Ji Soo asked the fans to watch out for the "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" finale.
The three main characters ended the interview remembering how they started working for the JTBC series. Park Bo Young also thanked the fans for their all-out support since "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" started in February.
