He is here with a motive to warn her about impending dangers. He informs her that "two of Poseidon's henchmen" Van Gogh and A&W might be coming after her.
Meanwhile, Lincoln is stuck in Yemen because his passport is confiscated. He looks for ways to retrieve his passport and escape Yemen.
Elsewhere, Michael continues to move forward with his plan. He makes his next move.
Whether Michael was able to escape Ogygia remains to be seen. It will be revealed in "Prison Break" Season 5 episode 2 airing on April 11.

In an interview with the Collider, show creator Paul T. Scheuring talked about the future of "Prison Break."
"No, this thing was designed as a close-ended piece," Scheuring said. "At the end, you'll be like, 'That was the dynamic. That's what happened. And that's how it was resolved. Wow!' There's no over-hanging piece that will make you want to come back next year."
