"Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" successfully premiered with a remarkable viewership rating on Friday. In fact, the comedy series has become the highest-rated JTBC drama by far, thanks to the trio's on-screen chemistry.

According to Soompi, "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" recorded an average rating of 4.04 percent for its first episode. Nielsen Korea cited the figures are definitely impressive considering that the comedy series broadcasts on a cable channel.

The numbers are a lot higher compared to the goal rating of the cast for the pilot episode of "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon." In a special interview, Park Bo Young suggested that they would "escort the viewers home" if they will get 3 percent rating.

Ji Soo and Park Hyung Sik accepted the challenge and said they will select recipients of the privilege.

"Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" follows the hilarious journey of these three characters who will be forced to live in one roof following an unexpected circumstance. In the first episode, viewers were able to witness Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik's first encounter.

Aside from that, the episode also introduced Ji Soo's role as Park Bo Young's classmate and long-time crush. "[I'm] loving it so far. This drama has got me laughing in stitches at times! The chicken fight with Secretary Gong was too hilarious," a viewer commented.

In the following episodes, "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" promised to introduce the bromance between Park Hyungsik and Ji Soo. Apart from their love-hate relationship, fans can look forward to how the trio will be entangled in a love triangle.

Meanwhile, Apink's Eunji lends her voice for the official soundtrack of the comedy series as per Allkpop. Her song "You're My Garden" is perfect for those who are uncertain of their feelings towards someone.
