Just recently, The CW released a new trailer for the upcoming "The Originals" Season 4 and it confirmed that Marcel will try to oppose Hayley's (Phoebe Tonkin) wishes to reunite Klaus (Joseph Morgan), Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Rebekah (Claire Holt), Yibada reported.

Since Marcel is now the leader of his city, he will do everything in his power to make sure that none of the Mikaelson siblings will be able to reclaim it, but Hayley will also do the same, and she will go through different lengths just to make sure that she and her daughter, Hope (Summer Fontana) will have a better life, as noted by the same post.

The former executive producer Michael Narducci talked with TV Line, and said that Hayley is driven by her passion towards Elijah and since her relationship with Elijah is a very dynamic melody for the series, the love duo will have more screen time in "The Originals" Season 4.
