The Oklahoma City Thunder (30-22) is set to clash with the Indiana Pacers (28-22) in a 2016-2017 NBA regular season encounter at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Monday, Feb. 6.

Oklahoma City has been bouncing back lately with two consecutive wins after going on a three-game losing slide. The team is currently in the seventh spot in the Western Conference table, only a half-game behind sixth-place team Memphis Grizzlies and seven games ahead of eighth-seeded squad Denver Nuggets.

The Thunder nipped the Portland Trail Blazers, 105-99, in their most recent match on Sunday night on their home floor of Chesapeake Energy Arena, as per NBC Sports.

Damian Lillard led head coach Terry Stotts' squad in the loss, scoring 29 points on 9-for-22 field goal shooting along with seven rebounds, three assists, and two blocks. His backcourt partner, CJ McCollum, had a cold night from three-point range, going 2-for-6 for the night and settling for 19 points with eight boards.

Starting center Mason Plumlee chipped in 13 points, four rebounds, and three assists while Allen Crabbe fired 10 points in 30 minutes coming off the bench.

Meanwhile, the Pacers are on a roll right now with six consecutive victories following a three-game losing streak as well. The team is sixth in the East at this time, one-and-a-half games behind fifth-place Atlanta Hawks and three-and-a-half games ahead of seventh-seeded Chicago Bulls.

Indiana is coming off a 105-84 crushing of the Detroit Pistons also at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse last Saturday, the Indianapolis Star reported.

All of head coach Nate McMillan's starters scored in double figures during the win, led by perennial All-Star Paul George with 21 points, three rebounds, and four assists while Lavoy Allen had a double-double of 18 points and 11 boards with three assists, two steals, and one shot block.

Jeff Teague, Myles Turner, and CJ Miles fired 13 points each with Teague dishing off seven assists while Turner grabbing six rebounds.

Veteran big man Al Jefferson also scored 13 points in 14 minutes coming off the bench.

Prediction 

The Thunder is 12-15 on the road while the Pacers are 19-6 at home this season. With momentum on the home squad, Indiana is predicted to come away with the win.
