"The Walking Dead" alum Logan Miller joins "Jurassic World" actor Nick Robinson in the Fox-based 2000 film "Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda." "Legends of Tomorrow" director Greg Berlanti is being helmed on it and is best known as one of the architects of DC's television universe.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Miller will play Martin in "Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda." Robinson will play a gay teen named Simon who has not come out to his classmates. But when an email Simon sent to a boy that he has never met falls into the hands of class clown Martin, he finds himself in a complicated situation when he is blackmailed into helping Martin get to know his best friend Abby, who is the new girl in school.

Robinson came on to "Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda" in early December, Variety reported. The script is based on the adaptation of Becky Albertalli's 2015 book and is written by "This Is Us" co-executive producers Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger. Fox-based Temple Hill is producing along with Pouya Shahbazian's New Leaf Literary & Media and is behind the hit book adaptations "Twilight," "The Fault in Our Stars," and "The Maze Runner" franchises.

Besides "Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda," Miller will be next seen in Ry Russo Young's feature adaptation of the best-selling novel "Before I Fall," which is set to debut at the Sundance Film Festival before hitting theaters on April 7. He also stars in Lasse Hallström's upcoming feature "A Dog's Purpose," which opens later this month.

Miller also played a lead role in the Universal and Blumhouse film "Prey." He is represented by Innovative Artists, Primary Wave Entertainment, and Hirsch Wallerstein. His other credits include "The Walking Dead," "Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse," and "The Stanford Prison Experiment."
