Nam Tae Hyun and Jung Ryeo Won are once again mired in dating rumors after the former uploaded a suspected photo that re-sparked the controversy from last year.
According to Allkpop, the former WINNER member took to his Instagram account to share a selca of himself. While there was nothing extraordinary about the photo, a fan noticed Nam Tae Hyun was with someone when he took the photo, pointing out that the person appears to be Jung Ryeo Won because of the accessories.
Fans were more intrigued when Nam Tae Hyun immediately deleted the photo from Instagram, raising speculations that the idol might be dating the 35-year-old actress. "The fact that he posted it the he deleted it makes the rumor more credible," a netizen said.
Previous reports stated the two have been seeing each other for about a year, Soompi cited. Nam Tae Hyun and Jung Ryeo Won reportedly became close after meeting through a mutual friend in 2015.
The rumored couple is reportedly comfortable around each other because of their similarities. Further claims said the former WINNER and actress go on dates without worrying about being put under the spotlight.
Aside from that, fans also noticed the similarities on Nam Tae Hyun and Jung Ryeo Won's Instagram posts amid dating rumors. However, the controversy was immediately addressed by the actress through her agency, Key East.
"After checking with Jung Ryeo Won, the two are not dating. They met through a friend and have had food a couple of times with other friends, but that's the extent of their relationship," the label said.
Surprisingly, most of the netizens are positive about the dating rumor, stating that they would be happy for Nam Tae Hyun and Jung Ryeo Won if the speculations are true.
