Hallyu star Goo Hye Sun expressed her admiration to friend Seo Hyun Jin during an interview at the opening of her art exhibition titled “dark YELLOW”.
The 32-year-old artist revealed that she is proud how Seo’s career is going on lately. She further stated that the latter is one of the best actresses in the industry.
“I met with Seo Hyun Jin recently. I’m glad she’s doing well… The films that I directed didn’t do well. But I feel like I was proved right in ‘discovering’ her. Seo Hyun Jin is my actor. Instead of seeing her as a rival, I think of her as my actor and my friend. Hyun Jin, you’re my actor!” said Goo as quoted by Soompi.
Seo has starred in some of Goo’s films including “The Madonna” in 2009 and “Magic” in 2010. They have known each other ever since she was a member of the girl group M.I.L.K.
Meanwhile, Goo’s husband Ahn Jae Hyun has recently talked about his marriage with the actress during the prequel episode of the travel reality show “New Journey to the West 3”, which was broadcasted through the Naver TV Cast, All KPop reports. He also opened up that his interest in material things has subsided since they got married in May last year as his attention was fully centered to Goo whom he referred as his “universe”.
According to him: "Everything is special to me… Ever since my marriage, I have no interest in fashion or money. It's all about my wife now…my Universe, Ms. Goo”.
He added: “I write letters. I believe love letters are the greatest gifts… I think the last time I wrote to her was about a week ago. I also write to her when she's feeling mad".
