BEAST has officially put up its own independent label Around US Entertainment, an official of the agency confirms. The establishment of the label opens a fresh start for members Doojoon, Junhyung, Kikwang, Yoseob and Dongwoon.

When the members' contracts with Cube Entertainment expired on Oct. 15, it was announced that they have not renewed their contracts yet. It was also revealed that they would start an independent music label of their own, although it was not clarified if they would transfer to the new agency.

Around US Entertainment is now up and running. The official says that the name was chosen to mean a desire to be closer and engage more with people frequently. Just like the meaning of its name, Around US Entertainment aims to create content that everyone can enjoy, allkpop reports.

As a new agency, the artists still have lot of work to do to make Around US Entertainment all the more reputable. There is no word, however, as to which other artists are signed under the agency. All current members of BEAST, however, are identified as artists affiliated with Around US Entertainment.

Prior to the announcement of Around US Entertainment's opening, the members of BEAST were still negotiating with Cube Entertainment with respect to their contracts. As per Koreaboo, the agency has sent contract proposals to the members and is still waiting for their confirmation.

Former BEAST member Jang Hyunseung recently renewed his contract with the agency. Under  the exclusive contract, Cube Entertainment will do its best to provide Hyunseung with support and assistance to help him further his solo career. Hyunseung left BEAST in April 2016.

BEAST stayed with Cube Entertainment for seven years, starting from the members' trainee days to the present. The group debuted in 2009 with the song "Bad Girl."
