"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson has found herself to be the subject of an FBI investigation after a topless photo of the reality star surfaced online. However, legal experts believe that the investigation will lead to a dead end.
The FBI received a complaint that claims "Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Judge sent the topless pictures of Gunvalson to a teenage girl, who later posted the racy snap on Twitter, according to TMZ. The photo was taken during the reality show's filming in Dublin, Ireland. Production sources claim Judge snapped the topless pic and forwarded it to fellow cast members and producers along with some snarky comments.
A woman named Rosalie Coleman came across the nude image and filed a complaint against Judge. "Tamra Judge ... electronically sent a nude photograph of an acquaintance of hers (taken at a small private gathering) to a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD girl & asked her to distribute it online in an effort to humiliate & harass one Vicki Gunvalson," the complaint reads, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The FBI is currently looking into the matter, but a formal investigation has not yet been initiated. However, Manhattan-based Defense Attorney Lance Fletcher says the investigation will lead to nothing.
"It is illegal... to knowingly use computer services to make obscene material available to a minor under 18 years old," Fletcher told Fox News. "There is merit to claim but this type of thing happens on the Internet so often that enforcement is somewhat rare."
The picture in question was taken during an episode of the reality series when Gunvalson flashed her breasts during an outing in Dublin. Fellow cast member Heather Dubrow was facetiming her husband, renowned "Botched" surgeon Terry Dubrow at the time when Gunvalson, who was worried about her uneven nipples, pulled down her bra and exposed her breasts to get the plastic surgeon's professional opinion.
