Lay does not want to disappoint his Japanese fans as the idol is finally back on his feet to join EXO in their shows in Japan.

According to Allkpop, EXO's Lay was spotted on Oct. 12 at Incheon International Airport with his co-member D.O. The two idols are reportedly headed to Japan for their two-day concert.

On Tuesday, Lay passed out at the same airport reportedly due to lack of sleep. Reports suggest the EXO member remained unconscious the entire time he was being transported to the hospital.

"Lay momentarily fainted due to a lack of sleep. According to the doctor, he will be fine after getting plenty of rest. Lay will be returning to the dorm in order to get some rest," SM Entertainment said as per Soompi.

Despite the incident, Lay expressed his desire to join EXO for their Japan concerts scheduled on Oct. 12 and 13. "He has a strong intent on joining the concert, so we plan to make the final decision after checking his condition."

Less than 24 hours after the incident, Lay was seen at the airport in grey sweatshirt and wearing a black mask and cap. Although he was advised to rest, the EXO member appeared to be determined to meet his Japanese fans and perform for them.

Lay was the sixth EXO member that was introduced to the public in 2012. Before joining the popular boy group, he was first seen in a Chinese show called "Star Academy" in 2005.

Just recently, Lay dropped his first solo single "What U Need" as a way to thank his fans. The solo track is said to be under his upcoming album that will be released this year.

According to reports, "What U Need" brought Lay to the US iTunes Chart, making him the first Chinese artist to appear on the music chart.
