The guessing game about "The Walking Dead" Season 6 finale continues with a footage that teases Negan's reign and the identity of his victim.

In the latest teaser of "The Walking Dead" Season 7, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) is seen giving a speech and banging on the gate with his baseball bat, Lucille. While the footage did not reveal the identity of Negan's victim, the footage suggests that Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz) may have survived the attack, The Huffington Post reported.

According to deduction theories pointed out by fans, the most-likely victim of Negan is Abraham. However, upon the latest teaser release, eagle-eyed fans pointed out that the man under attack at the 21-second mark of the clip looks like Abraham.

In an interview, Cudlitz hinted that his character may have survived his ordeal with Negan. The actor insinuated that his character will be around for a while by saying "For me, knowing that his potential death had come and gone," he told PopSugar. Then the actor went to say that playing the character was so much fun and teased that it will be interesting to see a world with both Negan and Abraham in it.

Do note that none of these has been confirmed. Do what you will with what you see in the footage, but it is clear that one of the main cast may be at the end of the attack.

In "The Walking Dead" Season 7, Negan is expected to play a more pivotal role. Just as the promo indicates, the rest of the characters will now try to survive under Negan's reign of terror.

"The Walking Dead" returns for a new season on Oct. 23, 2016.
