"We're the Millers" actress Emma Roberts and "Full House" star John Stamos are getting close from one of the scenes in the Fox horror comedy "Scream Queens" Season 2 promo. Is there romance between Channel Oberlin (Roberts) and Dr. Brock Holt (Stamos) this coming season?
According to Entertainment Weekly, the latest "Scream Queens" Season 2 promo features a scene with Oberlin and Dr. Holt at the movies together. Oberlin said "Grope at will, doctor." She pulled the arm of the Harvard-trained doctor around her. Later on in the clip, Dr. Holt appears to lose control of his hand. He seems to have an Alien Hand Syndrome. He then steals another moviegoer's Twizzlers.
The plot of "Scream Queens" Season 2 moves from the sorority house to the asylum to the hospital. The hospital has a haunted past and was recently purchased by Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis). Munsch invites the Channels (Roberts, Abigail Breslin, and Billie Lourd) to work for her.
In "Scream Queens" Season 2, the Channels have already graduated from Wallace University as medical students, as Deadline reported. They are back. They were first sentenced to life in a mental asylum after being acquitted before insulting the jury.
"Scream Queens" Season 2 will focus on the weird medical cases in the hospital, expanding the series' overarching mystery. Roberts said in an interview that she loves the hospital setting. She hinted that the setting is a little bit darker, giving more of an eerie vibe. She added that "Scream Queens" Season 2 is going to be a crazy ride for this year.
"The Twilight Saga" actor Taylor Lautner is reportedly the latest cast member added to the upcoming "Scream Queens" Season 2. He will play the female viagra Dr. Cassidy Cascade. He said that if the fans liked the first season, they will definitely love the second because it is funnier and scarier. He added that the production is pushing more boundaries. The new cast members are Cecily Strong, Colton Hayes, and James Earl. The returning casts are Curtis, Glen Powell, Lea Michele, Niecy Nash, and Lea Michele.
"Scream Queens" Season 2 is set to premiere on Sept. 20, Tuesday 9/8c on Fox.
