During his recent interview with magazine Woman Sense, "Doctors" star Kim Rae Won surprisingly revealed some personal things about his life including his current status and the reasons why his past relationship ended amid the actor's rising popularity. Aside from being open about his personal life, Kim also talked about working with Park Shin Hye for the SBS drama.
The "Doctors" actor said he was seeing someone in 2015; however, the relationship slowly faded when Kim started filming "Gangnam Blues," alongside hallyu actor Lee Min Ho. "At the time, I had a great desire to be completely immersed in my role. I wanted acting to be my top priority. When I get older, I'd like to focus on the people I love," Soompi quoted Kim as saying.
On the other hand, the 35-year-old actor shared that delivering cheesy lines for medical drama "Doctors" was not easy for him at first, though in the long run, the actor learned to appreciate his dialogues and got used to conveying them with on-screen partner Park, whom he described as fun to work with.
Kim also hopes he can make an action film with his "Doctors" co-star in the future. "Her high kick left a bruise on my left thigh and butt. We were early into filming then and it helped me relax and be less tense," he said of Park.
Meanwhile, Kim and Park continue to make every Mondays and Tuesdays romantic with their chemistry on-screen for medial series "Doctors." On its 17th episode aired last week, their characters, Hong Ji Hong and Hye Jung, went out for a romantic date by the water; however, the episode ended with a twist when Park's character turned emotional, Drama Fever reported.
