The region-locked "Pokemon Go" creatures have proven to be exclusive in their respective regions by a claim from a North American player. The player, who has already caught every Pokemon, said that he is missing Kangaskhan, Mr. Mime and Farfetch'd from his collection. The argument backs up the claims of the Pokemon exclusivity; however, Niantic has not confirmed this yet.

There are four known "Pokemon Go" elusive creatures that are believed to only appear in specific regions of the world. Captured through hatching eggs, the relatively rare Pokemon creatures only hatch 5 kilometers away. These creatures are not too hard to acquire but not so common either, Euro Gamer reported.

"Pokemon Go" players will need to walk 5 kilometers just for the chance to snag one of the four rare Pokemon eggs. However, it certainly beats the time they need to travel to visit each part of the world where the rare Pokemon is actually located. As of this moment, only four Pokemon creatures are believed to be exclusive to a specific region.

Tauros, one of the four Pokemons, can only be found in North America while another Pokemon Mr. Mime can be found in Europe. The third elusive Pokemon Kangaskhan is exclusive to Australia, while the last creature Farfetch'd is only available in Asia.

Meanwhile, another "Pokemon Go" player stated that he has caught all 145 known critters, save for the three legendary bird Pokemon Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mew, Mewtwo and Ditto, VG 24/7 reported. This may mean that there is still work to be done for Pokemon Go developer as some Pokemons are still unavailable for capture.

"Pokemon Go" fans theorize that the Pokemon legendary birds may be tied to some upcoming special event within the game. Even Ditto, the shape-shifting Pokemon, could just be anywhere. It has also been reported that players can expect new features like trading and customization through PokeStops in the future updates to the title. Video on how to look for legendary birds, here.
