Miss A member Suzy has once again proved that she does not only bear a beautiful face but also a generous heart, as she reached out to students who are in need by donating 10 million won.

According to Soompi, the donation was made by Suzy's father on her behalf on Wednesday at Boseong County Office. The monetary donation will be given to a charity called "Dream On Social Welfare Society" that aims to compensate the school uniforms of students in the middle school.

"We hope that this will be of even a little help to the students who live in farming areas," Suzy's father, Bae Wan Young, was quoted saying.

Reports circulated that the singer-actress made the donation without informing her agency JYP Entertainment; however, the agency was quick to respond and said that "Suzy often makes donations, so it seems like she's done another good deed this time as well."

The "Uncontrollably Fond" actress has been actively donating to charities to show her acts of kindness. Just recently, Suzy reportedly donated 10 million won to a charity that helps low-income families in her hometown Gwangju province, Koreaboo reported.

Her parents also made the donation on behalf of the Miss A member in the Buk District in June. Furthermore, last year alone, Suzy donated more than 100 million won to charities, making her the second female Kpop idol to have raised donations for various charities. Aside from that, she also became a member of "Honor Society" in 2015.

For reference, the 21-year-old singer-actress made her debut when she joined the South Korean-Chinese girl group in 2010. In the same year, Suzy became the host for MBC's "Music Core" with SHINee members Minho and Onew, and  Jiyeon of girl group T-ara.

Suzy is also known for her roles in "Dream High," "Gu Family Book" and "Architecture 101." She also stars in "Uncontrollably Fond" with Kim Woo Bin, which started in July 6. The drama series airs every Wednesdays and Thursdays on KBS.
