The popular couple, who got married in 2005, announced their plans to divorce a day after celebrating their 10-year marriage. Speculations point to the brief fling of Affleck with their nanny Christine Ouzounian as the reason for the divorce. Garner however denied it, stating that she heard the news about the nanny months after they decided to divorce, and that the nanny was never part of the equation.
According to Movie News Guide, while the couple has announced their divorce, they have delayed the filing of the paperwork and are still living in the same residence, and agreed to remain friends and co-parent to their children. The same publication stated that a friend of Garner informed fans that Affleck is not yet ready for a divorce, while the former is still contemplating things.
News of Affleck and Garner getting back together was fueled even further when Affleck casually referred to Garner as his "wife" in a recent HBO interview, and fans see this as a good sign and are hopeful that this is an indication that Affleck and Garner are still trying to reconsider their decision.

The report also pointed out that Aflleck and Garner have been seen out with their children numerous times and they seemed to be very happy, especially after a family trip to Paris where Affleck filmed "Justice League."
