Grace Chan Opens up About Birthday Plans; Attends TVB Party

Grace Chan will turn 25 years old on June 23, and she has opened up about her birthday plans.

Grace, an actress for TVB, attended a TVB-hosted birthday party thrown for their talents who are celebrating their birthdays this month. At the event, Grace revealed that, unfortunately, she would be celebrating her 25th birthday at work.

Grace is currently busy, as she has a new TVB drama, Brother's Keeper II, which she stars in alongside Edwin Siu, Ruco Chan and Kristal Tin. The production of the sequel to the 2013 drama of the same name is expected to start in the next few weeks.

Despite the fact that she will be at work on her birthday, Grace was asked whether she has plans to celebrate with boyfriend Kevin Cheng, who is best known for his role in the 2011 TVB drama, Ghetto Justice. Grace simply said, "We'll see if we have time. He's also shooting a [TVB drama] right now. There's a possibility that we might meet up in the studios."

She admitted, however, that she wants to have a small and intimate birthday party with her family and close friends. The Blue Veins actress, who has a twin brother, shared that it has been two years since she last celebrated with her family. Aside from her birthday, she also wants to celebrate Father's Day with her relatives.

Asked if she would be happy to receive a birthday cake from Kevin, which he baked himself, Grace laughed and jokingly said, "I don't know if I'll have the guts to eat it!"  Then she revealed Kevin's sweet side by adding, "[Kevin] does have a lot of heart. He gives me surprises on special days."

When asked about being proposed to on her birthday, but she replied, "That's too much!"
