Hallyu star Cha Tae Hyun recalled the time when he found out that he is suffering panic disorder in his recent guesting on the latest installment of JTBC's “Around the World Travel Package” which was filmed in Laos.

The South Korean actor, singer, television personality, and radio DJ revealed that he was in the United States when he found out that he had a panic disorder. He also disclosed that he had no idea that he actually had the said illness until he suffered from attacks.

"I actually have been suffering from panic disorder for quite some time now. I even had to take the ambulance when I was traveling in the U.S… While I was in America, I fainted 30 minutes prior to an event I was supposed to MC. I didn't know it was panic disorder at the time. I thought it was just chest pain, “revealed the artist as quoted by All KPop.

Panic disorder is a form of anxiety disorder which makes a person feel sudden attacks of fear and nervousness. Some of the symptoms include difficulty in breathing, chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, and chills.

Meanwhile, before leaving for “Around the World Travel Package”, Cha had filmed himself while packing up his things. And as the camera is rolling, his three children Soo Chan, Tae Eun, and Soo Jin made a special appearance and left a message for their dad before his departure.

“Why? That’s too many days without seeing you. I want to play with daddy… If I wake up late tomorrow, will you still be here?” said Tae Eun as quoted by Soompi.

She continued: “Daddy, don’t die or get hurt there. If you are eaten by a crocodile, we will become beggars.”
