An impressive effort and all round effort by Mumbai Indians in their home ground Wankhede led to their second victory in IPL 2017. While Sunrisers Hyderabad started on a strong note but the middle order could not survivor the razor sharp bowling attack led by Jasprit Bumrah.

Bumrah was declared the man of the match in IPL 2017 Mumbai Indians vs Sunrisers Hyderabad. He shared that Wankhede ground is a difficult place to bowl in the end. He added that when a bowler has too variations up their sleeves, they should stick to just one or two of them. Bumrah took three wickets for 24 runs with an economy rate of 6.00.

After winning the IPL 2017 Mumbai Indians vs Sunrisers Hyderabad match on Wednesday, Apr. 12, MI skipper Rohit Sharma shared that it was a perfect platform for them to showcase their talent as they are aware of SRH's batting lineup.

"It was a great effort from bowlers to restrict them to 158. The execution of plans was brilliant, and it becomes very easy for captains to maneuver the field. Lot of credit goes to bowlers and fielders," Rohit said via Cricbuzz.

He also recalled that they are just three games in IPL 2017 and they wait for their next big challenge.

"Now the big challenge. We go to Bangalore for a big game. You must have seen both of them (the Pandya brothers) on the ground, they're very expressive. We've given them the liberty and freedom. I hope they keep continuing because it's a long tournament. Yes, the three games I've played, I didn't have much to do. But I'll be back stronger."
