Hong Kong Cantopop singer and actress Stephy Tang was left in tears after she was told about her ex-boyfriend, Alex Fong's, statements on a radio show.
Stephy heard about Alex's comments while appearing as a guest on a radio show and was moved to tears. Fong had admitted that moving on from their 10-year relationship was the most difficult thing he has ever had to do.
When he learned that he made his co-lead star in Anniversary cry, Alex immediately apologized to Stephy and promised that it would be the last time he talked about their relationship.
Fortunately for Alex, Stephy responded and said that there is no need for him to apologize. According to Mingpao, Stephy spoke up about the incident and said that "There is no need to apologize. Everything that has been said is the truth."
While there seems to be no bad blood between the two former lovers, Stephy said that they have not talked to each other since the incident.
As for fans of Stephy and Alex, who are still hoping that they would get back together, Stephy has a message for them. "Each and every person has their own wish. I understand that fans have expectations and concerns. But right now I just want to focus on work and not to think too much about it," she said.
Stephy might be letting the chips fall where they may, as recently when she was asked if there is a chance of a reconciliation between the two of them, she simply said, "It depends on fate."
Alex is yet to comment on a possible reconciliation with Stephy. However, he said he is willing to work with her again.
