KPop idol and 2PM member Taecyeon surprised his fans with his revelation regarding his part-time job during his trainee days during a recent live broadcast on Naver “V”.

The 28-year-old star shared that he had worked as a subtitler for South Korean superstar Rain while he was having his training under JYP Entertainment after reading a fan’s complaint about the broadcast’s lack of subtitle. Although his revelation amused his supporters, some staff members raised their concerns of his sudden admission.

According to Taecyeon as quoted by Soompi: “It’s not a bad story, it’s just about my part-time experience. Don’t worry. I was paid. It wasn’t a salary-less job. I received all my money… There was a senior in our company, Rain, when he was still with [the company]. When he held a fan meeting, I was in charge of writing the English subtitles that would show up on the LED screen behind him.”

Meanwhile, Taecyeon, together with his band mates, had recently experienced how it feels like to work in a zoo for their expenses in the March 8 installment of their Australia travel program “Wild Beat”. During the program, the 2PM members had apart time job at a zoo in Philip Island wherein they were able to milk a cow and take care of the animals, All KPop reported.

Taecyeon began his entertainment career in 2012 after joining Mnet's ”Hot Blood Men” to become a part of the 13 member boy band One Day which was later divided into two groups, the 2AM and 2PM. As the show ended, the singer fell into the latter group alongside Jun. K, Nichkhun, Wooyoung, Junho, Chansung, and Jay Park.

On the other hand, Taecyeon’s fellow group member Wooyoung has recently graced the cover of the Japan-based magazine “Shel'tter”. Joining him in the shoot is Japanese model Suzuki Emi.
