Hallyu stars Park Bo Young, Park Bo Gum are the top date picks for White Day

Hallyu stars Park Bo Young and Park Bo Gum stood out as the top date picks by the respondents in a recent survey conducted from February 17 to February 26 for the White Day.

According to a report by Soompi, a total of 336 participants, wherein 164 are male and 172 are female, were asked if who are the ones that they want to date on the White Day. And as a result, Park Bo Young obtained 40 percent of the votes in the female category while Park Bo Gum gained 32 percent in the male group.

Seated in the second spot for the female category is “Introvert Boss” star Park Hye Soo followed by Han Chae Ah, IU and Jung Yoo Mi. Meanwhile, in the male counterpart, Gong Yoo was hailed as the second-placer while Song Joong Ki, Namgoong Min, and Park Hyung Sik took the remaining spots respectively.

White day is a special romantic celebration held a month after the Valentines day. The said event is being practiced in Asian countries like Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, and China.

Meanwhile, Park Bo Gum has recently held a fan meeting event titled “2016-2017 Asia Tour Fan Meeting”. During the show, which was attended by his 4,000 avid supporters, the actor carried out several performances, dressed up like the famous fictional character Harry Potter, transformed as a DJ, and communicated with them as well.

“I worked hard to prepare for this time I get to share with my fans, and I’m sad because it feels like time is flying by. I will never forget where I came from, so that the love and support you’ve given me will never be in vain. I hope we can continue to respect and be considerate of each other,” said Park during the event as quoted by Soompi.
