After collapsing at a fan meeting event over the weekend, Jackson has been confirmed to take a short breather from GOT7's comeback activities to fully recover.

The boy group officially returned with "Flight Log: Arrival" on Monday. Shortly after GOT7's new music was revealed, JYP Entertainment released an official statement on Jackson's current condition.

"Jackson will not be participating in any scheduled activities from now until March 19," the label wrote as per Soompi.

Despite this unfortunate news, JYP Entertainment assured fans that GOT7 member is doing just fine. "While a medical examination did not reveal anything out of the ordinary, Jackson will be taking a short break to focus on his health," they added.

The agency apologized to fans for causing them to worry about Jackson. JYP Entertainment also promised the idol will return in a better shape.

Koreaboo cited the GOT7 member reportedly fainted during their fan meeting show last Saturday. Further claims stated Jackson was even unconscious for a while before he was escorted backstage where he threw up and fell off his seat.

The idol even failed to join the rest of GOT7 for the after-show interaction with fans. Jackson was immediately rushed to the hospital to receive treatments and rest.

Meanwhile, GOT7 fans flooded the internet with well-wishes and trended #GetWellSoonJackson on Twitter. "Thank you for trying hard for us, please get well soon. We want to see you healthy during the comeback," a fan said.

Another one posted, "As much as we want to see your comeback, we would rather have you be healthy and well! Each of you guys! Please don't push yourselves to the point of breaking!"
