Lovelyz member Soojung revealed her exciting moments as a fan girl that everyone will surely relate to in the group’s recent appearance on MBC’s “FM4U's Kangta's Starry Night”.
The 19-year-old KPop idol opened up that she is a huge fan of Highlight (former B2ST) member Yoseob when program host Kangta asked her and her fellow band members if who inspires them lately. She also shared that she was extremely thrilled upon learning about the much-awaited comeback of Highlight.
According to Soojung as quoted by All KPop: “ I saw articles about Highlight sunbaenim's comeback. Every day is filled with excitement at the thought of listening to Highlight's songs."
She added: "Aigo (blushing) I'm a fan of Yoseob sunbaenim. Back in middle school during my happy and sad moments, I was able to cheer up from listening to Yoseob sunbaenim's songs. I really wish to meet him one day and say hi."
Meanwhile, Highlight’s talent management agency Around US has recently revealed that Yoseob will be making his hosting debut in the second season of SBS’s music variety program “Fantastic Duo”, Soompi reports. Joining him in the show, which is set to start its filming in this month, are R&B singer Kim Bum Soo, Lee So Ra, comedian Kim Jun Hyun and season one host Jun Hyun Moo.
Moreover, Highlight is set to release their debut album titled “Can You Feel It?” under their new band name on March 20. With a total of 6 tracks, the songs in the album are composed and written by Good Life (Junhyung, Kim Tae Joo), Kikwang, and Yoseob, All KPop reported.
Soojung made her debut in the entertainment industry in 2014 after joining Lovelyz alongside Baby Soul, Jiae, Jisoo, Mijoo, Kei, Jin, and Yein. Yoseob, on the other hand, is the main vocalist of Highlight. He is known for his singles "Cherish That Person", “No”, "Why Don't You Know", and many more.
