"Iron Fist" star Finn Jones mentioned that would like to see "Heroes for Hire" and "Daughters of the Dragon" as possible spin-off shows on Netflix. He went to say that it would be fun to see other comic book teams in the small screen.

"And I do think, going back to the Daughters of Dragon thing, I think it would be awesome to see a television series with the Heroes for Hire and the Daughters of Dragon working together to take down crime," he said.

He also went to discuss the criticism that comes along with his character.  On the issue of Danny Rand (the role played by Jones) as a white savior, the actor said that the fans will have to see the series for themselves. He did say that he understands the need for more diversity in television and films and he agrees with it, Nerdist reported.

However, he lamented that people should not prejudge the show based solely on the problematic trope. Jones said that the show actually addresses this issue and encourages people to watch it before jumping into conclusions.

"Danny is not a white savior. Danny can't even save himself, let alone an entire race of people," he said.

For the uninitiated, "Heroes for Hire" follows a superhero team led by Luke Cage and Iron Fist (Danny Rand) alongside Daredevil and Jessica Jones while "Daughters of the Dragon" is the team up between Misty Knight and Colleen Wing, Screen Rant reported.

All of the above-mentioned characters will exist altogether in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Netflix. In particular, Jones together with Mike Colter, Krysten Ritter and Charlie Cox will co-star altogether in the mini-series called "Defenders" under the same streaming service.

"Iron Fist" is slated for release on March 17 while the "Defenders" will arrive sometime in 2018. Watch the video below to get a sneak peek:
