Yoo Jae Suk threatens to sue people who were promoting an event and saying that he will be in it. He previously announced that he will not be able to make to "Running Man" meet and greet activity in Taiwan but there were individuals who were still promoting the show and mentioning that the comedian will be there.

The "Running Man 2017 Live in Taipei" has been scheduled for Feb. 10 and except for Jae Suk, the rest of the cast members including Kim Jong Kook, Ji Suk Jin, Song Ji-hyo, Haha and Lee Kwang Soo are attending. Even the former member Kang Gary will join the show as well.

Jae Suk was forced to cancel his appearance on the fan meeting because there was a conflict in his schedule. He had no choice but to skip the event and FNC Entertainment, Jae Suk's agency, already confirmed that the comedian is not coming to Taiwan to meet the fans.

Yonhap News Agency reported that FNC Entertainment and Jae Suk have never given any authorization to any entities to represent them with transactions relating to the "Running Man" fan meeting in Taiwan. However, they found out that there were groups who were using the comedian's name and the event for their gains which is illegal.

The agency added that they have collected sufficient evidence of the felonious activities that can taint Jae Suk's image. Hence, they are issuing a warning to those involved as the comedian and FNC will not hesitate to take legal action if the unlawful activities persist.

Meanwhile, the cast of "Running Man" is scheduled to hold several fan meetings around Asia. To be specific, the members are expected to come to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and more. Taiwan will be the group's first for the series of shows.

Fans should take note that it was clearly stated that among the cast members, only Yoo Jae Suk is not participating in the events so they should not fall victims to false promotional activities. Contrary to previous news, Soompi reported "Running Man" is not ending this year and it will continue to air every Sunday on SBS.
