The topic of women empowerment has become one of the most important concepts of the modern life. In the economy and the society, women are speaking up for themselves against all the low laying prejudices that prevail today. One very effective way of conveying all the messages is through laughter and a positive medium so that it really makes an impact on the people while keeping their attention grasped. "Girlboss" is one of Netflix's yet-to-come additions that incorporate the essence of woman empowerment and the difficulties a person faces in finding the tune of a happy life. The show has announced a release date and a trailer for the show, which seems rather interesting and enjoyable.

The struggles of being a young entrepreneur are numerous and it becomes an even more difficult task if the person is still on the journey of finding themselves and their destiny. Director, Christian Ditter, and writer producer, Kay Cannon, have combined their best to create the Netflix Comedy series "GirlBoss". The show will be available on Netflix from April 21 2017 and has released an entertaining trailer which gives the audience a peek into the madness and an inspiration that the show will bring.

According to Deadline, the show is a 13 episode comedy series which will star Britt Robertson as the protagonist, Sophia Amoruso, and Ellie Reed. The series is inspired by the popular autobiography of Sophia Amoruso. The show revolves around Sophia who is a rebellious and a broke anarchist, in denial of the fact that she has to grow up. Reed plays the character of Sophia's best friend, Annie, who is the shining star amongst both of them in the society and is the life of every party.

Sophia is seen on her way to create a business empire of selling vintage clothes online which puts her through many struggles. IndieWire further explains that the show was shot in San Francisco and begins in 2006 with the Sophia chasing her life and finding her way. The director explained that during a panel by Netflix, held in New York, she faced a lot of trouble with pitching the story because time didn't really have much consideration towards the young female demographics.
