Kim Yoo Jung shares her New Year plans through Instagram

“Love in the Moonlight” star Kim Yoo Jung shared her plans for the New Year and made a promise to her followers in her recent Instagram post.

In the photo which displays a serene image of nature in a sunrise setting, the 17-year-old actress wrote in the caption as quoted by Soompi: “I will work hard in the new year so that I can be a person who will give warm fortune and joyful happiness to many people”.

She further expressed her greetings to her nearly 2 million followers saying, “Spend a good holiday with your family and happy new year”.

Kim had been away from the entertainment scene for a while after being rushed to the hospital twice last year. She was first hospitalized on December 22 due to over fatigue and cold, followed by stress-induced shock on December 26.

However, on January 10, her talent management agency Sidus HQ announced that Kim had already been released from the hospital. Furthermore, the label also revealed the star’s upcoming projects were not discussed yet as her top priority at the moment is her well-being.

Kim began started showcasing her acting skills the age of 4 after starring in several drama series and movies, making her the most in demand child actress in the industry. Her latest show “Love in the Moonlight” alongside Park Bo Gum received had achieved a peak audience rating of 23.3% in South Korea and has likewise become a hit in the international community.

Meanwhile, Cha Tae Hyun, who had worked with Kim on their latest film “Because I Love You”, shared his thoughts about working with the latter on his recent appearance on “Kim Shin Young's Hope Song at Noon”. He further introduced his co-star’s role in the movie.

"It wasn't overwhelming because her role wasn't one requiring love with me. Kim Yoo Jung plays a high schooler, and it was really good to have an actual high schooler play a high schooler. In the past, high schoolers were played by youthful actors. It also applies to me, but you can't forcefully play it," said Cha as quoted by All KPop.
