Nam Joo Hyuk and Ji Soo have proven that their friendship goes beyond the four corners of a production set. In fact, the two actors have served as each other's supporter in their respective paths.
The two good-looking actors recently shared the small screen for "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo," where Ji Soo made a special cameo appearance. According to Soompi, Nam Joo Hyuk became close with the co-actor after appearing together in "Scarlet Heart: Goryeo."
The "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" star admitted he has a typical friendship with Ji Soo, where they call each other up to bond during their free time. "Ji Soo and I are same-aged friends, so we're very well matched," Nam Joo Hyuk said.
He also thanked Ji Soo for supporting his recent drama with an appearance. Aside from him, their "Scarlet Heart: Goryeo" co-star Seohyun also made a cameo appearance in "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" to show her support to Nam Joo Hyuk.
Nam Joo Hyuk admitted working with someone you are familiar with has many advantages; hence, the actor is looking forward to share a project with his colleague in the future.
"In that respect, I strongly wish to meet Ji Soo in another project again. If there is a good project to showcase our bromance, I'm ready to accept the offer anytime," the 22-year-old actor said.
Previously, Nam Joo Hyuk shared his thoughts about wrapping up "Scarlet Heart: Goryeo. Allkpop noted the actor stated the historical drama would be one of those projects which will remain in his heart.
Although it has been months since the SBS drama concluded, one thing is for sure, the friendship that has been built while filming "Scarlet Heart: Goryeo" stayed the same from Nam Joo Hyuk and Ji Soo.
