Japanese actress-model Nana Komatsu, G-Dragon's rumored girlfriend, recently modeled for South Korean magazine Singles and shared her thoughts on working in Martin Scorsese's movie "Silence."
In "Silence," Komatsu stars alongside Hollywood A-listers such as Andrew Garfield, Adam Driver and Liam Neeson. In the interview with Singles (via allkpop), she revealed that she felt a bit overwhelmed at the beginning since she was working with a lot of foreign staff members while knowing little English. She was able to overcome the language barrier with the help of co-star and fellow Japanese actor Ryo Kase.
With a Scorsese film in her portfolio, G-Dragon's rumored girlfriend sets her sights at expanding her work as an actress. "As an actress, looking pretty on camera isn't important to me. I want to become an actress who can express certain emotions and charm under the guidance of the director," she said.
Last year, G-Dragon and Nana Komatsu created a media firestorm after it was reported that they were in a relationship. According to Koreaboo, fans were able to unearth photos of Komatsu on G-Dragon's private Instagram account that led fans to believe that they were in a romantic relationship.
G-Dragon and Nana Komatsu dating rumors first started when the pair worked together for an intimate photoshoot for Nylon Magazine. For some time, G-Dragon was wildly rumored to be dating Japanese model-actress Kiko Mizuhara. Prior to the dating rumors Komatsu was also dating Japanese actor Masaki Suda. It was rumored that Komatsu cheated on Suda when she began seeing G-Dragon.
On November 2016, Japanese media outlets also claim that G-Dragon and Nana Komatsu were spotted going on several dates. This was around the time BIGBANG held their 10th anniversary concert at the Tokyo Dome. Neither of G-Dragon's and Nana Komatsu's camps have commented on the issue.
