UnReal has found its first female suitor in the form of "Masters of Sex" actress Caitlin Fitzgerald.

According to Deadline, it was announced that Fitzgerald has signed on to play the role of Serena aka Everlasting's first "suitstress." As per the official character's description, viewers will find a determined Serena eager to pick her male suitors. This motivation will catapult her to have a face off with co-showrunners Rachel Goldberg and Quinn King who will stop at nothing just to get good ratings.

Fitzgerald recently starred on Showtime's "Masters of Sex" as Libby, Michael Sheen's wife. Her other TV credits include "Rectify," "New Girl," and "The Walker."

Back in November, TV Line reported the unofficial character descriptions of the eligible bachelors set to woo Serena on "UnReal" Season 3. They include Owen a single father described as a dashingly handsome fireifighter and Army veteran; Jasper, a cocky Wall Street investment banker; August, a professional surfer who left the sport to join the Peace Corps; and Alexi, a sophisticated and tattooed professional ballet dancer.

There's no word yet if these characters have already been cast. But it looks like "UnReal" Season 3 is now beginning to take shape now that Fitzgerald is already on board.

The previous season of "UnReal" continued to surpass expectations when it introduced its first black suitor, Darius (played by BJ Britt). Going into Season 3, it's likely that the dynamic among the old and new players will be a little bit different. As star Shiri Appleby teased, Everlasting's new setup is something Rachel and Quinn will find enthralling.

"We're so excited and looking forward to it," the actress said.

"I think it will be great to add another strong female to the mix, someone to really battle with Quinn and Rachel. And then, put them in an environment with all of these men and see how they react."

"UnReal" Season 3 premieres sometime in 2017 on Lifetime.
