Fans of WINNER and iKON are accusing YG Entertainment of not letting the boys promote; hence, Yang Hyun Suk has finally spoken up to put an end to the accusations.

According to Allkpop, the label's main producer opened up about the matter in a recent interview, where he denied the complaints from the fans. Yang Hyun Suk said iKON has been caught up with their promotional activities overseas, while WINNER is still recovering from Nam Tae Hyun's departure.

"You may not see them much in Korea, but iKON has become veterans in performing after building up their experiences through a 6-month-long Japanese tour, much like BIGBANG," the YG producer said.

It can be remembered that iKON even won the Best New Artist Award at the Japan Records Awards on Dec. 30, making them the third Korean act to achieve such recognition after Yang Soo Kyung and BIGBANG.

On the other hand, Nam Tae Hyun had to leave his band and the label due to health issues. YG Entertainment said WINNER will continue their promotional activities as a four-member group.

He continued, "WINNER has numerous songs that they've been working on since last year, and iKON has also created some good songs during their tour."

Yang Hyun Suk even said they are taking their time while preparing for the comeback of both WINNER and iKON. The producer revealed YG Entertainment is keeping an eye on the comeback of both bands.

Previously, he even promised that WINNER and iKON will have a series of promotional activities after making their comeback, Soompi cited. Yang Hyun Suk said both K-Pop groups will release their new music before March ends.

He added last year was huge for rising girl group BLACKPINK, which is why they are turning their attention on the return of WINNER and iKON this year. Further reports stated that the two boy groups are next in line following Akdong Musician's return last Jan. 3.
