Google unveiled its 2015 smartphone lineup, the Nexus 5x and Nexus 6P, the new Chromecast and new Android 6.0 Marshmallow software features.

Google creates an app that enables offline search. This app is available for Android phones. Bad news is results can only be delivered once signal's back so what's the point?

This new Google app will store your queries made when your signal flakes out. It delivers the results to your queries the moment your phone regains signal again. But it could've made a breakthrough if they can eliminate dead signals altogether by making their offline app available especially in remote areas.

Moreover, you must remember to use the Google app for searching instead of Chrome when entering your queries, PC World reported. This new app could also cost you your battery life as well, although there's an option to turn it off. They also haven't addressed the problem of unstable connections.

But this effort by them will not go unnoticed. The company has been trying to solve the problem of unreliable data connection and looks like they found a way, Trusted Reviews reported.   According to a blog from the company, the app will work in the background so that when the connection is available once again, it will deliver the results and notify the user.

If users will tap notification, they will see the progress of the results whether completed or not. They can also check weather results or stock prices results. Users can check if the results are recent or not by refreshing the page to see if it's up to date.

Moreover, Google also announced this new app will not be affecting battery life or data allowance. But they didn't elaborate why it would not. Nevertheless, it's a wonderful update because it makes data connection problems more bearable.

This was not the first time the Google tried to make things better because of the problematic data connection. With its Google Map, users can finally download a piece of an area's match and use it without internet connection and when the need arises. With the download feature, users can access a neighborhood or a place as large as Washington D.C.

Make sure to update your Google app to avail this offline search feature. If you still don't have it, you can download the Google assigned APK from APKMirror. Use Google app more: that is the point.
