Korean actor Jo Yoon Woo, who takes the role of Kim Yeo Wool on "Hwarang," revealed his admiration to Lee Kwang Soo in a recent interview. More than his talent as an actor and entertainer, Jo Yoon Woo said it was Lee Kwang Soo's character that he respects.
The "Hwarang" star added he admires the personality of the "Running Man" host, admitting that he would like to imitate the same trait as a celebrity. "He hasn't changed and stays true to himself. Whoever he meets, Lee Kwang Soo always remembers their name and greets them," Jo Yoon Woo said as per Soompi.
Jo Yoon Woo even added Lee Kwang Soo is being consistent with his good personality regardless of whom he meets. Aside from expressing his admiration towards the entertainer, the "Hwarang" actor expressed his gratitude for being in the acting industry.
The celebrity said he was fortunate to be cast for "Flower Boy Ramen Shop," which was his first project upon making his debut. However, Jo Yoon Woo admitted he experience a slump after the drama ended; hence, Yoo Yeon Seok and Lee Kwang Soo cheered him up to continue.
The 25-year-old actor takes the role of a beautiful and mysterious Hwarang. Despite his popularity, Jo Yoon Woo admitted he was a bit embarrassed when his poster for the drama series was released, Allkpop cited.
He also named a couple of actors who usually watch his performance on "Hwarang." One of them was Yunho who keeps an eye on his acting. "He tells me that he watched all of the episodes, and monitors me with love," Jo Yoon Woo said.
Aside from that, Jo Yoon Woo and V's bromance on "Hwarang" is something to watch out for. He said the BTS member makes the atmosphere on the set refreshing because of his happy disposition.
