The highly anticipated extended trailer for "Fifty Shades Darker" was released after New Year's and fans couldn't stop raving about it. The trailer showed some of Christian Grey's ex-lovers and his intriguing dark past.

Based on Variety's write-up, the extended trailer is the most talked about topic last week on social media. Based on PreAct - comScore, Inc, a social media measurement company, the movie's teaser brought about a whopping number of 107,000 new conversations upon its release.

It helped that it was shown during the premiere of the new season of "The Bachelor," a top-rated reality show on TV. The number of new conversations didn't end to 107,000 because it continued to go high that it has reached up to 947,000.

The trailer's slogan, "Every fairy tale has a dark side," says a lot about the second installment of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" series. Based on that statement, viewers could expect a lot of dark secrets coming out from Grey's past lovers to his past whereabouts and dirty business.

The sequel would still star Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele and Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey. The Daily Mail also added that it is the same trailer that Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik's track, "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" was featured. Swift posted the trailer on her Instagram and it has now gained almost 10 million views.

Another character is introduced in this second installment of the movie series and it is another girl named Leila Williams (Bella Heathcoate). She is Grey's ex-girlfriend and would appear to be a threat to the billionaire's new relationship.

It is going to be thrilling and intriguing since the two used to share the whole BDSM practice in the past. "Fifty Shades Darker" is coming to theaters on Feb. 10.
