Preview

Memphis has won four of their last six outings as the team settled in the fifth spot of the Western Conference standings, nine-and-a-half games behind conference leaders Golden State Warriors.

The Grizzlies followed up their impressive victory over the Warriors last Friday with an 88-79 win over the Utah Jazz on Sunday night to build a two-game winning run, as per SB Nation.

Mike Conley had 19 points, two rebounds, and nine assists to lead head coach David Fizdale's squad while Marc Gasol contributed 17 points, four boards, one assist, and three steals.

Off the bench, Zach Randolph had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds plus one assist, three steals, and two blocks as the only other player in double figures for Memphis.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma City has also won two consecutive games after thumping the Chicago Bulls, 109-94, on the road at the United Center last Monday, Fox Sports reported.

Russell Westbrook almost had another triple-double with 21 points, nine rebounds, and 14 assists to lead the Thunder. Steven Adams top-scored with 22 points and also grabbed five boards with two assists.

Victor Oladipo was the third starter I double figures with 13 points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

Enes Kanter was again impressive coming from the bench as he registered 20 points on 9-for-11 shooting. He also had 11 boards, three assists, and one steal in 28 minutes of playing time.

Even with the win, the Thunder remained in the seventh place in the West, only half-game behind sixth-running team Utah Jazz and six-and-a-half games ahead of eighth-seeded Portland Trail Blazers.

Prediction

The Grizzlies are decent in away games this season with a 10-9 record while the Thunder is excellent at home with a 14-6 slate. Both teams have pulled off grinding wins at the moment, but OKC is favored to win a close one at their home floor.
