The Hallyu Wave is gaining interest not just in Asia but the rest of the world. Even A-list stars in Hollywood are taking notice. Here are some of the stars who expressed their love and appreciation for Korean culture.

Emma Stone

Actress Emma Stone is a self-proclaimed K-Pop fan. During an appearance on "Conan," the "La La Land" star revealed that she's "obsessed" with K-Pop. "It's a global phenomenon," the actress said. "It's beyond excellent. It's the best thing you've ever seen." According to Billboard, Stone picked Girls' Generation and 2NE1 as her favorite K-Pop artists.

Lorde

New Zealand-born singer-songwriter Lorde wasn't shy about expressing her love for the now-defunct 2NE1. Allkpop reported that Lorde is also an avid fan of Lee Hi and even knows parts of her "1,2,3,4" song.

"It is because their melodies and songs are very interesting.  Their melodies are a lot more charming than the Western pop which I grew up listening to.  If it is pop music, it should be to that extent," Lorde said about what made K-Pop so infectious.

Chloe Moretz

Moretz lived the life of every K-Pop fan when she appeared on the Korean reality TV show "We Got Married" and got paired with Eric Nam. On the show, she got to meet Super Junior's Henry Lau, U-KISS' Kevin and former Jewelry member Yewon.

Liam Neeson

When he promoted "Operation Chromite" in Korea, Neeson showed appreciation for Korean food and indicated that his favorites were kichi and samgyetang. What's more, he even imitated the popular "Shy shy shy" line from TWICE's hit track "Cheer Up."

Will Smith and Jaden Smith

The father and son tandem has visited the YG Entertainment headquarters. They are also good friends with Yang Hyun Suk and many of the artists in the agency. More recently, Jaden even took to Twitter to say that G-Dragon is his idol and that he wants to be a K-Pop star.

"Vampire Diaries" stars Nina Dobrev and Kat Graham

Dobrev and Graham fangirled over K-Pop on Twitter. Graham tweeted that she's obsessed with K-Pop while Dobrev said that 2NE1 is "pretty amazing."
