LG is looking to make a lot of noise on the smartphone market again after revealing the latest additions to their mid-range lineups at CES 2017. The Korean company revealed five Android 7.0 Nougat budget phones, including the LG K10, K8 and Stylus 3 Key.

LG actually presented four smartphones included in the new K Series - the K10, K8, K4 and K3. However, the two higher-end phones stood out when it was unveiled.

The K10 is the king of the series and has the biggest display size, Android Authority reported. The 5.3-inch device has an HD display and is powered by a 2,800 mAh removable battery, which is 500 mAh higher than its predecessor.

On the other hand, the K8 sports a 5-inch HD display. Like the K10, the new K8 model will also have a longer battery life than the previous edition. It has a 2,500 mAh removable battery, which is better than the 2,125 mAh battery a year ago.

At first glance, the K10 and the K8 looks similar, with the display size as the only noticeable difference. Both smartphones run the Android Nougat out of the box.

However, being the king of the K series, the K10 has features that are not found in the K8 variant. The K10 boasts a fingerprint scanner and USB OTG support, which are not present in the K8.

Both devices also have a 13MP and 8MP rear and selfie cameras, featuring the LG Ultimate Selfie, Gesture Shot, face detection Auto Shot and white selfie flash. However, the K10 has the upper hand again, as its selfie camera is powered by a 120-degree, wide-angle lens.

As for the specs, the K10 has a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 chipset, combined with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. The K8, on the other hand, packs a 1.4 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor to go along with 1.5GB RAM and 16GB or 32GB storage.

Meanwhile, another LG smartphone caught attention aside from the K10 and K8 - the LG Stylus 3 Key. The new handset is the most powerful device from LG that was featured at CES 2017, Android Headlines reported.

The LG Stylus 3 Key features a 5.7-inch 720p display and 64-bit MT6750 octa-core processor. It also has 3GB RAM and 16GB expandable storage, as well as a 3,200 mAh removable battery. This model will also get attention with its 13MP snapper and will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.

The four smartphones in the K Series and the LG Stylus 3 Key will likely be released in the spring. LG did not divulge the prices at CES 2017, but more details are expected to come out in the coming days.
