Seo Ha Joon will be holding a meeting with his fans on the Dec. 17, Saturday despite being surrounded by an adult video controversy.
The actor has been accused of starring in an adult video that is doing the rounds on the Internet. The video in question shows a man stripping down completely before masturbating in front of the camera, according to Soompi. The nine-minute long clip instantly went viral after the individual in the video appeared to bear a striking resemblance to "The Flower in Prison" actor.
Netizens were also quick to point out that the man in the video wears the same necklace as the actor has been seen wearing on several occasions. Seo also changed his social media accounts to private after the X-rated clip emerged, further fueling rumors that the man in the video was indeed him. However, it remains to be confirmed whether the actor had anything to do with the adult video.
The actor's agency has not yet issued an official statement the controversy but the label recently shared an update about the actor's fan meeting scheduled later this week. "We're taking in requests through Robin K ENT's official homepage to attend his fan meeting," the agency said in a statement obtained by AllKPop. "Fans not only from Korea, but Japan, China, and Southeast Asia are entering. It shows fans' heated interest and Seo Ha Joon's popularity."
The label also mentioned that Seo will be handing out presents to his fans to repay them for the love and support they have showered him with. "The fan meeting that'll be held on the 17th is a place where Seo Ha Joon will give back to his fans, so it's free, and there are lots of events and presents prepared," the label noted in its announcement.
