During her guest appearance on "A Hyung I Know," Seungyeon revealed how she and Hwayoung ended up with an intense kiss scene on "Age of Youth."
According to Allkpop, the two actresses were supposed to do a light kiss scene for the drama series; however, their director made a last minute change and told them to make it more torrid.
"In the drama, Hwayoung played a character who slept with men for money. There's a scene where I yelled at her about it, and she kissed me in a fit of anger," she recalled.
Seungyeon continued, "It was supposed to be just a light kiss, but the director told us to make it deep, so it became a deep kiss. Our kiss scene was the most watched scene in the entire drama."
Previously, Hwayoung has also shared her thoughts about the kiss scene and even compared the intimate scene with Seungyeon with the one she had with Lee Seung Gi, Yibada reported.
The former member of T-ara was even playful when she described her kiss scene with Seungyeon, saying it was "moist and nice," adding she is looking forward to having the same intimate scenes in the future.
Hwayoung also recalled her first on-screen kiss which happened to be with actor Lee for drama "Love Forecast." The former T-ara member jokingly said she liked her kiss scene with Seungyeon more than the one she did with Lee.
Meanwhile, Seungyeon admitted she was kind of expecting that she would have to do a kiss scene with a co-actress in her acting career. However, she was surprised when it happened quickly.
"To be honest, after I started acting I knew that one day I would be kissing a girl, but I didn't think it would happen this fast. I think I was able to show better reaction because Hwayoung kissed me so intensely," she said.
