Square Enix still continues to update "Final Fantasy XV" even after its release, with rumors of future DLCs like the character Luna being playable, new cutscenes, and customizable avatars.

"Final Fantasy XV" has already been the fastest selling franchise of the entire series, based on reports by Polygon.  But it looks like Square Enix won't be stopping there. "Final Fantasy XV" director Hajime Tabata mentioned in a press conference that the studio plans to bring out more content for the game.

Tabata first expressed his gratitude for huge support the fans have given for "Final Fantasy XV" with a promise to offer more content for the game in the coming future. Updates will be given, whether in the form of patches and/or DLCs.

Dualshockers reported that the updates for "Final Fantasy XV" that Square Enix promised would give players a richer and more fulfilling experience in the game. Some of those would allow them to play the game for a much longer time other than the main story chapters. These improvements are also the result of the feedback players gave subsequent to the game's release and have been available for download for free alongside the purchasable DLC.

The spell capabilities of the magic ring might be their first target to improve since numerous fans complained that the power of said ring is nearly completely useless

Square Enix also has plans on improving the production values of Chapter 13 to improve the main storyline experience of "Final Fantasy XV" for fans. These improvements include possible added cutscenes that have additional voiceover work and localization.

In addition to that, the studio plans to add more playable characters in the possible updates. Besides the protagonist Noctis and his friends usually controllable, additional party members would further enhance the gameplay. One most probable candidate is Lunafreya Nox Fleuret (otherwise simply known as Luna). She is considered as a major character in "Final Fantasy XV" and many times it's fun having a female character in an all-male group, which opens the possibility of changing the dynamics of Noctis and his friends.

Lastly, Square Enix hopes to include more character customizations in the updates. Until any official announcements have been made for "Final Fantasy XV", we can only cross our fingers and hope.
